We want to change the way that the scaffolding industry is perceived. We aim to do that by ensuring all employees undertake regular training, and by continuously improving our working standards.

Our team consists of experienced professionals who bring their expertise to every project. From manager to operative, employees at every level are trained to the highest standard, ensuring a safe and seamless experience for our clients. This new approach enhances motivation and efficiency, resulting in superior project outcomes and higher client satisfaction.

Kinko was founded by Lewis West and Guy Hollis, with the primary aim of changing the industry for good. 

For too long, the construction industry has had a stigma for the way employees are treated. This has led to poor mental health and wellbeing conditions for many. We want to change this.

It’s no secret that the most valuable asset to a company is its employees and our commitment is to ensure every operative always goes home safe. 

Every Kinko team member is trained to the highest standard and holds the appropriate CISRS card. We regularly conduct health and safety assessments and ensure our employees have the most up to date training.

ACCREDITATIONS & Qualifications

Kinko is currently SSIP accredited. We are also working to the latest NASC guidelines and aim to continually improve on our list of accreditations as we continue to evolve.
